Beginning Thursday, February 8, we will offer select reformer classes FREE OF CHARGE as part of our group exercise schedule. To kick things off, Danielle and her team will run a total of NINETEEN 45-minute classes Monday through Saturday mornings. (Early birds and evening enthusiasts, rest assured. We plan to add classes to accommodate your schedule beginning sometime in March.)
Because only 8 people will be able to attend each class, REGISTRATION WILL BE REQUIRED. Here’s how it will work:
Danielle will be available to answer questions during three “Drop In and Check It Out” opportunities next week before classes start. If you’d like to learn more, familiarize yourself with the machines and/or see if this option is a fit for you, please plan on stopping by. She will be there Monday from 9:00 to 10:00 am, again from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and on Tuesday from 9:00 am to noon.
