Whether you’re a first time swimmer, looking to improve your skills, or refining your strokes to join swim team, our program is the place for you! This summer we will be offering lessons in a safe, fun, and intensive environment. Starting the first week of June, swimmers will have the option of joining one week sessions. These sessions will include either group, private, or semi-private lessons. They will be held every day, Monday-Friday for one week. Please see session fees below:

  • Private: Member - $143.75, Non-member - $185
  • Semi-private (per swimmer): Member - $102.50, Non-member - $133.75
  • Group (per swimmer): Member - $60, Non-member - $75

Your lesson coordinator will provide exact amounts when your session dates are finalized. To help with your child's placement, please review the levels below and complete the preregistration form.

  • Level 1: On Your Mark!

    GOAL

    • Blowing bubbles with face in the water
    • Front and back floats
    • Retrieve a diving ring or toy
    • Swim independently to and from the wall
    • Locate ladders to exit pool
    • Basic freestyle

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 3-6 years old
    • Be comfortable playing in the water
    • Be ready to learn to swim!
  • Level 2: Get Ready!

    GOAL

    • Freestyle swimming with basic side breath for 15 yards
    • Backstroke swimming with consistent kick for 15 yards
    • Basic breaststroke kick
    • Continued endurance and breath control underwater

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 3 - 7 years old
    • Pass “On Your Mark” -or-
    • Blow bubbles with face in the water
    • Front and back float
    • Jump in deep water and swim back to the wall
    • Basic freestyle (4 strokes)
  • Level 3: Get Set!

    GOALS

    • Freestyle with side breathing for 25 yards
    • Backstroke for 25 yards
    • Legal breaststroke kick
    • Basic breaststroke coordination of pull & kick
    • Butterfly kick
    • Kneeling/standing dives

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 3 - 7 years old
    • Pass “Get Ready” - or-
    • Flutter kick on stomach and back
    • Freestyle for 15 yards with side breathing
    • Backstroke for 15 yards
  • Level 4: Go!

    GOAL

    • Push off wall in streamline, swim continuous freestyle with side breath for 25 yards
    • Push off wall in streamline, swim continuous backstroke for 25 yards
    • Legal breaststroke for 15 yards
    • Basic butterfly coordination of pull and kick
    • Standing dives
    • Intro to flip turns
    • Prepare your child to join the Arkansas Dolphins swim team!

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5 - 12 years old
    • Pass “Get Set” - or-
    • Freestyle with side breathing 25 yards
    • Backstroke for 25 yards
    • Legal breaststroke kick
    • Basic breaststroke coordination of pull & kick
    • Butterfly kick
