Strong side: With 13 years of personal training experience, I absolutely love helping people achieve their goals and feel good about themselves. I can encourage you to do just about anything to live a healthier and more active lifestyle. I want each one of my clients to realize how amazing and strong they are, inside and out.
Soft side: I love to get to know my clients. I'll pray with you, listen to you, laugh with you and cry with you as you're trying to push out one more rep!
Fun side: I'm always up for an adventure, especially if it involves hiking, exploring or traveling with my family or friends. Just say GO!
Secret side: I have a major sweet tooth, and it's hard for me to say no when it comes to things like donuts or cookies, but I've mastered moderation. I can help you with this too.
Proof that she's just like you: I'll work hard all day to take care of myself and my family, but by 8:00 p.m., I'm ready to curl up on the couch in my comfy clothes and catch up on my favorite TV shows with my husband and teenagers (if they're around). Oh, and I LOVE to sleep!
Go to trainer tip: Workouts should never be boring, we'll switch things up enough so your mind and body will be challenged. We'll find things you like to do to keep you coming back for more. It's also super important that your breathing and your body are in sync with one another, we have to get your whole body on the same page.
Education and certifications: AFAA certified Personal Fitness Trainer; BBS in Marketing from UCA that has helped me run my own PT business for the last 13 years; AquaFit instructor, Silver Sneakers instructor, Personal Yoga Instructor.
